To ensure that every piece of your work is seen and recognized, we have designed a positive incentive mechanism: as long as you complete all key stages on time, you will receive an additional bonus of approximately 10% of the order value upon final project completion.

Delivery timelines for each platform and content type are clearly displayed on the platform. The system will also send automatic reminders before each deadline to help keep your workflow on track.

3. On-Time Delivery Incentive Mechanism

At AhaCreator, we want every collaboration to be smooth and enjoyable, and we want you to feel recognized and encouraged throughout your creative process. That’s why we have designed an instant positive incentive mechanism for every key stage: from Kickoff, submitting Script, to submitting the content draft and final link — as long as you complete all stages on time, you will receive an additional bonus of approximately 10% of the order value upon final project completion.

If you are eligible for the on-time bonus, the system will display your current bonus amount in an on-page pop-up.

Please note that if you miss the deadline at any stage, the corresponding additional cash bonus will no longer be granted.

4. What to Do If You Encounter a Delay

We understand that unexpected situations can arise during the creative process. If you anticipate that you may not be able to meet a deadline, please request an extension in advance:

• Each extension can be up to 15 days
• Once submitted, the advertiser will review your request
• If the advertiser does not respond within 3 days, the extension will be automatically approved
• You may request one extension per stage (Script / First Draft / Per Revision)

Important Notice:

If you delay without prior approval, the corresponding cash bonus will be canceled, and this may also affect your Rating Score, which could impact your long-term deal opportunities and collaboration volume.
